And if so do you agree he should?

Personally, I think if he does it is just proof of the corruption of the Republican party laid out for the world to see. If you can get off with 4 felonies because you are a friend/co-conspirator of the president, it is proof that Bush is the worst president ever.

No he can't pardon Libby because of what the questioner has stated. However he can make sure the libby's wife and family is well provided for, there wouldn't be any scrunity in that area.

I'm sure that the super rich and powerful that control Dubya's and DICK Cheney's strings will make sure that Scooter is fully compensated for the remainder of Dubya's and Cheney's time in the White House (a few million dollars in some hidden off-shore bank account) and just as Dubya and DICK Cheney's term comes to an end, Dubya will pardon his fall-guy, his patsy... what else is new? For the time being, he'll go to some make-believe prison without bars with a swimming pool, a tennis court and golf course and do his time getting rid of unwanted fat and enjoying a better diet.

Personally I doubt it.....but in my never ending desire to educate the masses I will let you in on a little secret.

EVERY President in the last 40 years has submitted a list of Presidential pardons in the final 24-48 hours of their term , as is their prerogative as Chief Executive. The names & crimes being pardoned run the gamut and are not just friends or cronies.

Actually very few of the pardons go to people you would ever care about , so the media doesn't cover this. No cover up here either my friend....the media doesn't cover what people don't tune in to watch or read about. That's how it works!

I bet he will pardon this criminal long before he pardons heroes Ignacio Ramos, Jose Compean and Gilmer Hernandez! These men are fighting the REAL war on terrorism and the government throws them in jail!

PARDON RAMOS, COMPEAN AND HERNANDEZ NOW!!!!
