Friend or no friend?

My only friend I have is a nieghbor and I think of her younger son as apart of the family. But my fiancee Called her ho . she is very upset and when she drinks she gets mean. Her younger son won't talk me or my kids now.and she was usually all over my man.now she won' t even talk to me. she is going to end up bad if she doesnt stop it with all these men Drug relatied. we've Been friends for 4yrs.
