i am not doing in my buisness?

Question

i was doing very good in my buisness since 1970 but i started geting loses since 2002. now is i do not have any work on job try to get it but no . will it every better as it was before or never in life

Prior to 9/11 I had a huge business. Brand new state of the art building I designed myself over a years time and aided daily in its building process. Had 9 trucks on the road, secretary, me as an owner, best friend as the other owner, had 3 shop employees. Was talking to Sherwin Williams paints about being the east coast head training center for them and in this process, we were looking at expanding the new building to double its size once we completed the first section.

Then 9/11 happened and sales went down. Since they, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly they have gone down. Down, down, down, down, down.

Today....the company is just me and 1 truck and its like it was when I started the company over 10 yrs ago, and its still going down. Enough that I have now add 2 other services just to keep the same sales I saw 2 yrs ago.

Not sure bout other industries....but the car industry has hit rock bottom and its still going down. Never seen it this bad in all my life, and I've been in or around the biz for all of my 37 yrs of life.

Even have thought of trying a new career, that bad. Sorry to not give you good news...but telling it like it is, least for me.

there are highs and lows in business....you went through 32 years of good business, a few bad years shouldn't be too big of a deal.
