If the man doesn't have the ability to resist or the capacity to focus on obtaining strength on his stomach then it would hurt him but it seems that he's properly trained and focused. If it's just an average joe with a beer belly, then it would really hurt and i may cause internal damages.

dude he must have smoked some pot or weed lol or maybe his abs and stomack may be really strong . if your will power is strong and in martial arts i think the will poer is there so thats why the mind is so complex and the martial arts tap into it strange isnt it!!

he will probably have diarrhea for a week, or threw up after, anyhow these guys have been in this for years, so there prepared mentally and physically for this, yet they will still have diarhea!
