hey you have to use software name as DC++...its free version you can download it from net...it will help you to connect to server n to different types of IP's..in LAN

It sounds like you're in a "DMZ" type of network environment. You certainly can do it with either firewall rules, routing rules, bridging, or have two NICs in your computer with IP addresses assigned each to each network.
