no, not necessarily too late to conceive naturally, but at your age, you shouldn't listen to people who say to try for a year before you go to the doctor....go see a fertility specialist now to be tested (for various things). You don't have a year to waste IF you should happen to need help conceiving.

well, 39 is still a possible age to get pregnant. However you've got to prepare your body for this remember it's not a 20 something body.
First go to your doctor and have a hormone test done, this very important as a lot of couple trying to get pregnant an d find that they can't later find out their hormones are out of wacko. next detox your body , liver, colon, kidneys, etc. Now it's time to prepare it for pregnancy, I don't think I can tell you what to take but a naturalistic doctor will tell you what to do. Save invitro for the last resort. This can run you in the thousand of dollars especially if it doesn't work the first time.
But, Good luck and all the best

It is never too late! I say go for it if thats what you really want. otherwise you may find that at age 45-50 you regret not trying at least.

theres many options available and nothing wrong with having a child at 39. Start thinking about finances, support (from families and friends). it will be a long decision and process but if it happens then congratulations and just take each day as it comes and enjoy each moment.

It is not to late, they have people in there 50's having babies and have had a few people in there 60's have babies.

Once you hit 40 you have a very high chance of conceiving twins. Look at celebrities who have had kids at 40 or past, most have ended up with twins such as Julia Roberts and there are many others but I can not think of there names.

It's not too late for you. There are women that have babies into their late 40s, and even older!

If you are unable, I would look into private adoption, or, maybe even being foster parents.
