I have a coworker who got one of our bosses fired... he happened to be the best boss and everyone loved him except for the one guy. This guy is a jackass all the time, he's such a stuck up jerk, and everyone hates him, especially now. So I want a good prank to play on him... one that's mean, but nothing that would cause harm (get me arrested) so no vandalism or whatever. We work at Walgreens, so we have no personal office or space. We do, however, have a coat rack, and we recognize each other's cars. I want it to be as mean and/or annoying as possible to him but not to anyone else, and of course not cause (permanent) damage to his car or coat or whatever. Also, this guy works in the photo lab.... I don't know if that gives you any ideas.

Be very careful is all I can say. Egging as the previous person suggests could be construed as disorder conduct or crimial damage to property.

I actually like Johnson's idea but you don't know if it will work or not. Here's a twist run a lost and found ad in your local newspaper with his phone number-stating that a set of keys or ring, watch etc was found, put his number in. Have your friends call him-just to make sure he gets plenty of calls-especially when he would be sleeping. Also you would not want to put him in a dangerous spot such as a thug showing up at his house.
Do not put anything in his food-like ex lax in brownies. A high school kid was just arrested somewhere for that and charged with felonies!!
Do not put sugar in his gas tank-again Criminal Damage to Property!! It will ruin his car

Seriously, it is impossible to be 'harmless' and 'mean' at the same time. Mean is always harmful in some way. What are you teaching this guy by pulling something devious and cruel on him? It's surely not going to make him a better person. If you don't like him and he's as stuck-up as you claim, then stay away from him. If you have to work in the photo lab, be as distant as possible while still being cordial. If he is that awful, you and your co-workers should bring it up to management and let them deal with it. If you have already made the decision that he is the sole reason your boss got fired then steering clear of him may be in your best interests.
I'm honestly not trying to be a kill-joy here, but treating immaturity with immaturity will get you, your friends, and him absolutely nowhere (except maybe fired yourselves).

I would have one of my friends go to Walgreens and act like an angry and upset customer to complain on the jackass to the manager on duty. I'd also make sure that my friend insults him in front of the entire store, customers and all. (Of course i'd make sure that no one at work knows the friend) Goodluck!

get a set of keys you dont need, put victims name and address(or work address even better), NO phone number on them with note that says REWARD if returned to. now throw them on the street in the bad part of town and wait for the laughs when they show up to collect their reward!!!!!

seriously, don't mess with anything he ingests, he could have allergies and end up critically ill and if you do anything at all you could end up with charges of mischief against you!

if there's a crack in the window, you can fill his car up with packaging peanuts. We did that to a co-workers office by using a vacuum in reverse to blow it in and then saran wrapping the door. I would have suggest balloons, but you said annoying..

what about egging his car and putting eggs in his coat. Have somebody egg his car while you guys distract him from something not important. He can always wash his coat and wash his car.
