There's this girl in my class named Kelcie. One day her friends asked me if i like her. And this girl always says hi to me whenever she sees me. Does this mean that she likes me? If she does what should I do?

Start some little talk with her, ask her out for lunch, etc...
if you like her, get her for your girlfriend...
If you don't like her, say hi, then say bye...

Well, too soon to Say the girl like you, but she has intention to be your friend for the begining, yess.. So just try to give responce, and approach her if you have a feeling on her....and let it flows naturally, if She really have feeling on you and the relationship will be developed it selves.
Try to open your selves, start from little chat to her..

If her friends asked you that... it's means in general way that she wants a feedback on how you fell about her...
