i was inspired by another question to ask this...i hope someone can help!
i am female and i'm not overweight. i bathe, so no jokes about that. i have tried all kinds of deodorant, using it several times a day, and i still sweat and don't smell very good. it's not like a musty smell that follows me everywhere or anything, but i can smell it when i lift my arms (say, if i'm putting on a coat or something) and i can't ever wear tank tops. my shirts stink and have sweat stains. any suggestions?

drink alot more water at least 8 8 oz glasses per day.make sure your underarm hair is always shaved bacause the hair sokes up sweat and can smell strong.stop using deoderant the more you use it the more you need it .i used to have to take deoderant everywhere with me. but took my grandmothers advice and it helped.i use baby powder most all the time except on stinky days when i use natural deoderant and thoes hardly ever happen any more .ever wonder why your white shirts have yellow stains in the armpits aven though your a clean person?its because of the aluminium in the deoderant.which is bad for you. sometimes when i wear sinthetic material shirts i get sweaty.eww. good luck i hope it works for you like it did for me...it took awhile of not being able tostand myself but it did work.

You have hyperhidrosis. I have it too, it's pretty common. You sweat like crazy even in loose clothing and a cool room, right? No matter what you do, or wear, you sweat through everything. And you've tried every brand out there.
You need a special antipersperant called Certain-Dri. It's on the bottom or top shelf of most stores and it's about $6. You put it on at night and you'll be totally dry the next day or two. And the more you use it, the less you need it. Not to sound cheesy, but it changed my life. I can wear any color and any fabric now.

You are just one of the many people with hyperhydrosis. Which comes in many forms, such as the infamous sweaty palms. There are OTC products that are aimed at helping. Which my skin is too sensitive to use it so I can't tell you if they work or not. There is also a procedure where the doctor will inject botox into your armpit. You have to get this done every few months to maintain the results. There is also another procedure that I have recently heard of. The doctor makes a small slit between your breast and armpit and clamps the nerve which triggers the sweating. Another thing I have done is to directly apply body spray to the armpit region of my shirts when I notice a slight smell. Good luck with whatever steps you decide to take!

Are you using an antipersperant, or just a deoderant? Deoderants only cover smell, they don't stop you from sweating. Check your deoderant for an ingredient that has to do with aluminum... that's the antipersperant ingredient. If it is indeed an antipersperant, you might just be really sweaty. Secret just came out with a new perscription strength antipersperant you can buy at most drugstores... I forgot what it's called, but it comes in a box. We just got it in at my store. It has way more aluminum whatever in it to keep you from sweating. Try that... if that doesn't work, you have a serious problem and you need to consult a doctor. I saw a show on it one time on discovery health.

My friend Jessica has a similar problem...Go to a dermatologist..U may have overactive sweat glands she does and now she has to use special deodorants and another option is getting botox shots under your arms it kills some of the sweat glands and will help with some of the issues u are having.

most people sweat more than others even if they use deodorant it cannot cover the smell. The best way is to see a doctor about this.

I doubt it. that is depending on the photo that advise are rougher, cruder, and bigger animalistic than women individuals, and subsequently desire a more suitable deodorant. it truly is resembling the affirming "women individuals doen't sweat, they glow". in truth body smell occurs an identical way for adult males and females individuals, from micro organism breaking down pheremones contained in the sweat. women those who shave lower than their hands could have a lot less issue with smell because they have decreased the exterior section for micro organism to boost on, yet in the different case, no distinction for similar quantities of sweat. the in reality distinction is deodorant for adult males has scents we evaluate acceptable for adult males.

You need to see your doc to be sure there is no medical cause for this and then the doc will be able to suggest prescription anti-perspirants to use. Also you mentioned that you use deodorant but do you use just a doedorant or is it a deodorant/antiperspirant combination product?

spraying diluted tea tree oil can help combat the odor which is caused by bacteria. You may also put some powder under your arms to help with the excess sweat.

Try a mens deodorant they are usually stronger and see if that works. Some women use them for just that reason.
