Everyone wants to do something to help all problems that are happening in this world. I think the concept of that movie was great and if everyone helped even one person let alone 3 of them ,and told them to pass it on . WOW ! I think it would be very interesting to see the results spread and fan out . I helped someone pay for some groceries once and felt just a little better . Not just for helping them but also knowing that my money wasn't being wasted on personal gain for myself. I also helped along with a few others by chipping in some money for a couple of meals for some kids in our home town. It was not because the parents could not afford to do so , but that the kids were always left to fend for themselves at functions that required money. We have enough misery and worry in the world due to war caused by terrorism, guided by their own agendas and labeled for the cause of their religions. Start with the small things and then maybe we can achieve the great solutions for larger ones.

That's a really good question and I am sure by people just reading your question people might remember it when faced with someone who needs help. I am always doing things to help others and people always turn to me with questions whether it be home advice, taxes, medical problems, or whatever. This is probably the reason I like it here and trying to help others with their questions. I know about a lot of resources and have had many life experiences and I enjoy sharing them with others.

I can see Pay It Forward working in a place like Hawaii as people in Hawaii do this kind of thing all the time.

It is very idealistic but that being said I think it should be tried. It's a great example of what one person can do and what one simple act can start. It' really practicing random acts of kindness in a concrete way. I try to do that whenever I'm able to and even sometimes when I'm not realistically able to. If by small acts we can give people some hope for the future and some faith that people are not all small minded self indulgent idiots it CAN change things. Since community is so hard to find anymore with people not knowing their neighbors and working outside their neighborhood or town it can create some sense of community which I think we all need. Feeling you're a part of something larger and feeling someone cares if you need something and is willing to help out whether they know you or not. It's a good thing.

Nice concept, but I honestly think it's too idealistic. People's idea of "paying it forward" is not necessarily going to match what people received. It would trickle down to stupid things, like letting somebody pass on a left turn, which is just a basic act of common courtesy. It also begs the question of what a "good deed" is. For example, some people don't want help in some cases. A handicapped person might find patronizing to be degrading; likewise a zealot might think he or she is doing a "good thing" by trying to proselytize.

Pay It forward is a substantial occasion of what videos are meant to do: make you giggle slightly, cry plenty, and profoundly impression you in a fashion that retains you thinking in regards to the action picture for weeks afterwards. I observed it at a undeniable preview screening and became into blown away. My associates and that i sat by way of the completed credit because of the fact we've been so taken via what we had viewed. Kevin Spacey, Helen Hunt, and the phenomonal Haley Joel Osment as quickly as lower back provide performances worth of Oscars. I in basic terms wish there is not any longer some "retaliation" of kinds because of the fact of their previous wins and nominations because of the fact they deserve it lower back this year. however the enormous winner right this is director Mimi Leder who has moved from action videos into super cinema. She demonstrates the high quality tuned qualifications she confirmed on a similar time as directing ER. As I sat there, one eye saved an extensive watch of the tale on a similar time as the different marveled on the attractive direction of each scene. they have my vote for ultimate image, Director, Actor, Actress, helping Actress, and Screenplay. Awe-inspiring!!!!
