EyeLiners.?

Does anyone know which band of eyeliner is the best ? & it don't cost that much of money ? [;

i'm a huge eyeliner fan! i finally found one i love and doesn't run, its MAYBELLINE UNSTOPPABLE and its waterproof! i use the darkest color they have ONYX. it cost anywhere between 5-7 bucks. i get it at ulta but i think you can find it at walmart too.

The best eyeliner i ever had is loreal eyeliner. It comes in either black or brown. The price is at S$16.90, i guess loreal in some of the stores are having a 20% discount. Possible to grab it now!

I love Rimmel .....i usually wear alot of eyeliner and the ones not to use are the ones you have to turn up instead of sharpen...i hate those and liquid eyeliners can be ok but you have to be good at applying it....but i dont use them either. Rimmel cost bout 8 bucks CND$

maybelline line stylist eyeliner. i really like this eyeliner because it's really thin and easy to control the thickness of lining. bronze gleam (like a metallic brown) is a really pretty everyday shade

I love revlon colorstay liquid liner. No more then 6 bucks a pop and lasts my entire 13 hour shift at work without smudging, smearing, or fading!!!!!!

loreal eyeliners are most definetly the best...stay away from covergirl im serious..they have real bad eyeliners dont even try it!!=/

i use maybelline's unstopperable eyeliner/traceur works great i love it

Prestige i love it... its thick and goes on just right! you dont need to melt it to make it work liek some others

i use wet n wild its .99 and there are a wide variety of colors.

i like rimmel beacause it's cheap and it glides on really easy.
