My period returned 2 months ago. I stopped breastfeeding but still pumping milk. My daughter is 7 months old. My periods were light and painless before I got pregnant. Now they are uncomfortable (cramps) and I have heavier flow. Last month, I just thought it was the body getting back it it's normal self, but this month is the same discomfort. Any suggestions to cope? I'm guessing this will be normal for me each month. This is new to me.

Mine did just the opposite. Its normal for there to be a change after having children. However; a heavier flow and uncharacteristic cramping could be fibroids. Talk with your physician.

Cool. even although i'm leery of a few GMO's this one would not worry me as a lot as blending plant and animal DNA. We breed Angus farm animals said for his or her massive genetic pool and given adequate time lets replace milk features with out splicing besides the undeniable fact that the will for human milk is now. I think you better go to see your doctor right now.

if your breast milk is still producing, it would make little worse when you stop breastfeeding

sorry for your suffering
