The room temperature will go up very slightly. However, a refrigerator is not designed to cool a room -- it doesn't circulate the air very well for example, and it dehumidifies the air more than a normal air conditioner. For these reasons, it will do a bad job of cooling the room, and instead will just cost a lot of money wasting energy. The cost of leaving a fridge open would exceed $100 a month, maybe even several hundred dollars. You should get an airconditioner instead if you're considering that! Also, you will wear out your fridge's pump if you do that, it's not designed for long durations of cooling.

When a refrigerator is kept opened it may rise the room temperate to some extent because accoring to physics a refrigerator is designed in such a way that it pushes hot air out to keep it cool inside. But keeping it open for a long time may cause hot air to go in also which may cause the food inside to get spoiled. So don't try such acts.

It will not cool the room to any noticeable amount. Refrigeration involves moving heat from one area to another, and the process from the compressor and fan produces additional heat. Eventually the fridge would end up as a heater rather than a cooling unit, since it is trying to cool the inside of the cabinet, but heat removed flows back into the cabinet. Add the heat produced from the compressor, bulb, fans, ect. and you have a very inefficient heat source.

Slight if any -degree change
You will indubitably work the compressor on the refrigerator to its death. It was not designed to cool any space bigger than the size of the refrigerator box. Replacement will cost the same as a new refrigerator $500.

I find my food not as cold as i like it or frozen the way it should. It is better to think and take out what you need and not stand there looking--energy saver. Check and make sure it close. What purpose if you do not close it.
