It is told that many businessmen in Delhi keep ready cash of
Rs. 50 to Rs.60 lakhs with them , for any instant payments . Assuming that there are one lakh businessmen in Delhi , it means that around Rupees Fifty Thousand Crore of black money , is hoarded in Delhi alone !
