Molly Ringwalk has given at least a few performances that people remember (Sixteen Candles, Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink). Jamie Gertz hasn't given any. I'd say Molly is the winner!

Molly Ringwald. Most don't even know who Gertz is.

They are both adequate actresses. That's hard to say between the two. While Molly Rinwald is attractive, I do prefer brunettes. Sorry, that's a sexist male opinion, but that's the only thing I have to differentiate between the two.
