Yes he is out of jail, but he lost the appeal about not being sent back to mexico.
Last I heard his laywers were still sending appeals.
And to the people who were making fun of him try to remember that this guy and his family put their lives on the line daily to arrest the drug dealers and rapists that one day might end up hurting someone you love.
The reason they are going through this is because they caught Andrew Luster who raped and beat women and taped it and the mexican government looked bad because they didn't catch him.
Imagine if that was your daughter.mother,sister or wife that was abused that way.

Last I heard a Mexican court had cleared the way for extradition, but Dog's lawyers were appealing.
