Well I dont know if you have heard of this, but it is called inhancements....sorry it is the only way to do it. Unless you believe in the whole vacuum cleaner move. But I wouldn't do that.

have a Doctor enlarge them but it costs lot of money

well...wear a nice sexey Bra...lace the works...
Fancy padded ones are great too...

U can be confident at what u have...and make him happy with it....;).
