Jon Heder is a good actor. He acted the character he was hired to play. If you are looking for a really bad actor look no further than Val Kilmer. Kevin Costner gets an Honorable mention, but he has actually done a few good things.

Jon Heder? He was good in the Benchwarmers and some other movies. He was supposed to act like that in Napoleon Dynamite. There are more movies coming out that look promising.

Oh gosh there are so many worse actors than him I thought he was good that he was supposed to act that way it would be hard to completly change your personality sto someone like that i thought he was awsome and i do agree i think Kevin Cosner is the most dull and boring actor I have ever seen he takes the cake

I don't think that he could possibly be considered the worst actor in the world. He doesn't belong to the Baldwin clan, so that rules him out
