How do i get in college?

im 19....an 06 grad and im broke....fortunately im not retarded or stupid, im average.....help?

Your best bet would be to go to a community college, get your core stuff out of the way and work at the same time. Make good grades, save your money, then apply for every grant you can find. Also search out financial aid.
