To enlarge the letters on your PC in Windows, go to Control Panel (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel). Click "DISPLAY". You should be able to see Display Properties dialog box now.
Click the APPEARANCE tab, you may change the font size by selecting the options given in the drop down menu under the heading FONT SIZE.
The options include : Normal, Large Fonts and Extra Large Fonts.
To enlarge the letters in Internet Explorer, select the menu title VIEW. Move your mouse over TEXT SIZE. You should be able to see a sub-menu having options to change the font size.

If you are using a web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, etc), hold down the Ctrl key and press the + sign.
If you are using a word processor, click on View > Zoom. Then select the % you want to zoom in.
For others, use Magnify Glass that's built in to Windows. Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.

Hold down the "ctrl" key and the +/= key at the same time and keep doing it until you get to the size you want and then ctrl and the -/_ key makes it get smaller.

click on start go to programs click on it click on accessories click on accessibility. and click on accessibility wizard and follow the instructions its as easy as that.......good luck.......
