One must track their cycle for a couple of months to figure out how many days the cycle is. It can vary, and the average length is 28. But a couple of days here and there can make a BIG difference. You are most fertile around ovulation. Younger women have much more irratic periods so it is difficult to predict.
Worse than getting pregnant when you are too young is getting a lifelong disease.. and it seems that everyone has herpes and warts nowadays.
Just use a rubber.

she can get pregnant even during her period so use condoms always.
