I think there should be an offencive category for adults only, that would make everyone happy. Those who come on the site to ask and answer questions wouldn't get offended and those who come on here for a laugh or to mindlessly offend people wouldn't get fed up of getting reported.
A points - worthy concept I think :>)

There could also be one for 'wastes of time', 'pointless information' 'questions people ask but that aren't actually a question' and 'how to get rich quick without paying anything'.
