very soft leather, good condition, but slightly grubby on the fingers. need a clean.

Go to the cobblers or dry cleaners and get advice from them. Do NOT soak in water! They will go hard and crack once dry. You should be able to buy leather cream [for soft leather] to clean them with.

Put them on and wipe your hands with a baby wipe, then dry them. Do not soak them in water.
