It is quite complicated exam. Requires good understanding of both spoken and written English. As many other exams it's quite thorough. If your understanding of English is good you should be able to pass it.

Without practice in English it is dfficult. But read as much as possible english books, listen to the radio or tv in english even if you understand nothing, and of course, you have to be very good at grammar. So if you mix all these it will have more chances to pass it.

If you do not have enough time to follow all the above mentioned, then you have to make a significant inverstment by buying TOEFL exam manual book with a CD attached. This will give you more idea about the exam.

The most important thing is to find out the right way....
