OK According to ALL of the web-sites I checked (3 out of 3), I will list them below, the age of consent for Nevada is 16 meaning if you are 16 years of age or older then you are able to legally consent to sexual relations with your boyfriend. The age is 18 for homosexual intercourse.

The key phrase is "age of consent". If you check Google or Yahoo and type in "age of consent" or "age of consent in Nevada" you'll find your answer.

Be cautious about interpreting the laws, and check several sites to be certain. In some states, ANY sex with someone under a certain age (say 16) is illegal, while in other states it depends on the RELATIVE AGE of the two parties or other factors. For example, it might be illegal for a 25-year-old to have sex with a 16-year-old, but not illegal for a 17-year-old to have sex with a 16-year-old. Sometimes it depends on the sex (gender) of the two parties, with the age of consent different for males than for females, and it even differs depending on whether the two parties are of the same sex ("straight sex") or different sex ("gay sex").

You might start with http://www.coolnurse.com/consent.htm , but be sure to check several sites to confirm that they all agree, and that there are no special provisions which would apply to you.

Just checked in out on the internet. If a person age 18 or older has sex with a person under age 18 it is statutory rape. So if you & your bf have sex & someone catches you or knows about it & reports it to the police, your bf will do time.
