I agree: "teeming" means "overflowing" or "crowded with".
Examples:
The ocean is teeming with varied species of fish.
The ant hill was teeming with the little black shapes of ants scurrying back and forth.

Teem was a lemon-lime-flavored soft drink produced by The Pepsi-Cola Company. It was introduced in 1964 as Pepsi's answer to 7 Up and Coca-Cola's Sprite. Teem was sold in the United States and Canada until 1984, when Lemon-Lime Slice was introduced.
Its TV ad campaign in the early 1980s challenged viewers to "go ahead... build up that thirst until you can't stand it any more..." (showing, for example, a dissheveled old guy eating "two plain dry tacos" bought from a street vendor in the Southwest) "...then BLOW IT AWAY with TEEM."
In many foreign markets, however, Teem survived until the early 1990s, when Pepsi-authorized bottlers replaced it with 7 Up. Teem still exists in South Africa and India.

Did you perhaps mean "teaming"? If so, that is one of the terms that has come out of the team-building process that seems to be popular in U.S. government and business. If you are on a team to get a project done, team members need to trust each others abilities. Team-building exercises are done to foster the needed trust. Sometimes people say they are "teaming" with each other meaning they are on a team together.
