There magic they don't need insurance.
Besides they could use there Keebler magic to put out the fire!

Actually they're not going to be eligible for fire insurance until they bring their place up to fire codes, which would mean making the circular door swing outward instead of inward. It's a fire code violation, since an exit needs to open outward in case of a rush to a door.

I'd say about $1,500, including full replacement cost of belongings. Little chairs and tables don't cost that much.
