I have worked alone at night for about a year and a half out of the last five. I have questioned them several times but they need to get the orders out and do not care what I think. I looked on osha's web site but it was to confusing to find an answere.

Not unless you're using heavy equipment, you'd need a spotter.

I seriously doubt it my friend, what if a clown came in & scared you? There would be no witnesses for your wrongful hilarity lawsuit!!

BTW I'd be glad to have that job if you're gonna quit!!

I believe that if you are using machinery or tools then its illegal to be on your own. There needs to be one other person at all times.
