I have a desktop computer, with 2 wireless network cards in it. Will this give me better speed when connecting to the internet? Also, what does the "Bridge Connections" option in the Network Control Panel do? Does it tie these 2 cards together so it looks like one faster card to the computer? Thanks!

Adding 2 wireless network cards will not increase the speed. One will be your primary and back up for the other. What you need is, higher internet speed from your Internet Service Provider.
