What language are your exams in? are you taking lots of math and science? If so then you have hope. If you are going to have to write essays, you may be in trouble. If you are using a computer for your exams, do not forget spell check!!!

Exams are but a test of "memorising " everything that the teachers are trying to teach you and recollect and write at the exam times.

If you work hard then ofcourse yes if you don't then certainly you won't.It depends on you wholly.I would recommend you to make efforts in order to improve your grammar.You can take help from owl online lab.The question you have typed should be "Will I be able to pass my exams?"
