My daughter keeps seeing these black shadow ppl, she calls them black blobs can anyone tell me what they are?

please check this link, they often discuss "shadow people" on here. It is becoming quite a common, but not much talked about subject.

try going into the image galleries, there are some pictures people have drawn, etc of their experiences with these shadow people. Children, by the fact that they havent yet trained themselves not to, can often "See" things that older people have "learned" to ignore or just refuse to see.

you don't say how old she is. Many before age 6 see things in the dark, or seem to see things that adults cannot see. This will probably pass. If not, at least get her vision checked. There are eye problems where people see blobs.

depends on her age i know when i was little i would always see a shadow in my room and think they were monsters. I guess you can say they looked like black blobs its normal if she is young dont worry just dont let her watch scary movies that when mine started

OMG, she could be "seeing" a number of things. The explaination could be anywhere from medical to paranormal. Try seeking professional help rather than specualation. Without proper guidance and information your daughter/family may inadvertantely take the wrong approaches.

"Black blobs" sounds fairly specific. They could actually be tiny bits of blood inside the eye called 'floaters'. They're not necessarily serious, but I suggest you get them checked out by your GP as a matter of urgency.

It's sensory deprivation. In the dark, your mind creates things for your eyes to see.
