PSP Mod help?

but I have no idea how to put it onto my psp, can someone please help me?

In order to do this mod, you have to replace files in the PSP's system memory. Unless you have a homebrew enabled PSP, you cannot access PSP's system memory.

If you do have a homebrew enabled PSP, there are homebrews that allow you access PSP system memory via USB port. Also, if you have custom firmware 3.03 OE-c, you can also access the system memory via USB port using recovery menu.

Finally, messing with system memory is highly dangerous and can make your PSP completely useless.
