Can someone tell me an effective way to make your underarms look prettier?

I have very fair skin, and my underarms always look dark, and no matter how much I shave, you can still see stubble. Any suggestions?

Frequent shaving and using deodorants are some factors that make your armpits dark. It is much better if you will not put anything on your armpits. I would suggest that you bring a small wet towel with you when you go out and just wipe your underarm with that every time you go to the toilet. But if you perspire excessively and can't resist of using those deos, I would recommend to use alum or "tawas", as we call it here in the Philippines. This white crystalline can prevent excessive perspiration and at the same time can help whiten your armpits. I would also recommend waxing instead of shaving your underarms.

But some of my friends used Amira Magic Cream for their underarms and other dark spots of their body. This cream came from the Middle East but i am not sure if this is available in your country. Just try to look for it in the net.

I have the same problem. The closest thing I have found to making them look better is exfoliation.They look dark because of dead skin and exfoliation gets rid of that.
