If you fell you are being wrongfully prosecuted because of your ethinicity you could contact the NAACP, or possibly the ACLU.

You have to know what you're dealing with before you call an attorney. You can only be prosecuted in a criminal matter.

If your civil rights are violated that's a civil matter. Civil rights violations include free speech, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

A good lawyer (the bad ones too) cost about $250 an hour.

The main thing I have learned about rights, is that is something we buy. If you have a good money to buy your rights, than you have great chances to get a sharp attorney capable to do anything you want.
If people believes you have or is up to spend a good money with it, the lawyers will come to your way offering their service.
