I've been typing for 4+ years but a lot, and quickly and I have wrist pains a lot. Sometimes tingling in my arms. I'm wondering if it could be carpal tunnel

We call it RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) or OOS (Occupational Overuse Syndrome). I got it after working in a specific role for a year from over typing.

I recommend that you see your doctor about this. It is better to take action on it sooner rather than later.

it is possible to get carpal tunnel from any repetitive movements . and from what you describe it may be possible you have it they sell carpal tunnel braces at drug stores , you may want to try wearing those at night and notice if those symptoms change. hope this is helpful.

You don’t have to get worried about it. It could be because there is not enough blood circulation due to perhaps muscle fatigue or dehydration. You can find good home remedies for this. I did find some at http://ailments.in/peripheralneuropathy.html
