when dose time change is it ont he 7th?

i live in GA is it on the 7th

it's not the 7th. i believe that you always change the clocks on a sunday. anyway, the government pushed up the DST change to this coming sunday (march 11).

The time changes to DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME at 2 AM on SUNDAY MARCH 11th. At that moment it becomes 3 AM (Spring ahead, fall back). It does not change back this year until 2 AM on November 11th, 2007, 2 weeks later than usual. On that date at 2 AM it reverts to 1 AM and STANDARD TIME resumes.
