Correct me if I am wrong but once you are married it does not matter if you move in or out of the county you are still married therefore he is a two timing SOB.

Well I'm from Panama as well and if he married twice that is bigamy, and it's a felony, so he can go to jail. Get an attorney and put him in jail.

There are many possible aspects to this so the main question is what do you want? From a legal aspect I would expect that your marriage is recognised so this may invalidate his second marriage. So divorce him and get what you can. Its possible the marriage was for legal stuff, like citizenship or work /residence stuff? So you need to have him explain himself.
