not totally...I personally believe it takes dedication. the hardest thing may be passing the GRE (which can be done by studying, taking classes etc.)
yes, the course work may be hard, but more often then not, people get a master's degree in an area they are passionate about, so at least it is interesting (unless you are a ed. psych major and have to take stats again).
and just know they there will be a lot more reading then in undergrad work...

if one can handle that, then one doesnt need to be smart:

oh it would help to have a good GPA in one's undergrad work!
