tramatic brain injury?

how do you find a good therapist...i've been thru a few,but they were not aware of brain injury...plus their are other problems because of it (this was due to car accident) i have balance,memeroy,confusion,depression,cant control feelings....were do i start or find a good therapist...doctor.....the city i live in is small also,so drs. are not to up on the brain injurys....any in-put appreicated....

You need a specialist and they aren't usually located in small cities. Ask your doctor to recommend a place that treats people with brain injuries.
