i have to write a process speech and outline..?

in this 5-7 min speech i have to explain how to perform a process
can somebody write it for me or give me examples of site that have the matching speach

I won't do your homework for you, but I have done an assignment similar to this. Pick a simple task like tying your shoe. Write it out in numbers (1. Hold one lace in you left hand, and one in your right. 2. Cross one lace over another, ect) then fill out the instructions so one step flows into the other. Add as much detail as you need to make it the right length.

I don't really know what you mean by process. In my speech 201 class we had to do a prop demonstration speech. I don't know if the "process" has to be a technical thing, or if it can be stupid, like making a peanut butter sandwhich.
You could do;
how to do cpr
how to change a tire
skin an animal
get a date with a guy/girl
etc.
The first thing you have to do is pick your topic.
Then you break the process down into steps.
each step is a new part of your outline- do not put coplete sentences in your outline, just put the name of each step.
