Absolutely. Solid means matter with constant volume and shape. Paper has a constant volume and shape, just like any other solid.

Yes paper is a solid. To help you understand better think of taking paper in a vessel. Does it occupy the shape of container? Has it retained its shape? Try defining shape of the paper by keeping it on various surfaces. Do you see that irrespective of what surface paper is placed, paper still has same shape?

Yes, because it is not a liquid, a gas, or a plasma. That and "solid" are the three phases of matter, so its solid.
