Serious question, just wondering how people who supported Mr. Bush feel about the decisions they made in 2000 and 2004. Have you changed your mind, if so why and if not why? Just curious.

Right now within the past two years he has lost his damn mind! I understand some things like the Democrats constantly going behind his back and under minding him to no ends to get back into power. But you can't always blame them, he is the President! And lately, he is acting like he ran out of steam and lost his mind. We started the war on terror right, took over Afghanistan, too over Iraq in a week. We found over 500 Saryn canisters used in WMDs, but the liberals and democratic party was yelling out that isn't what we were talking about and those aren't what you said they had. When in fact it is used for WMDs and just because they are not in actual missile shells do not make them all the less evident in Iraq holding WMDs. But nowadays with him, he is allowing our Marines over in Iraq being arrested for doing their job, allowing Border Patrol being arrested for shooting back at a drug dealer and preventing an illegal coming over here, and on top of that, drugs as well. He has the power to prevent all of this from happening, but no he won't for whatever reason. He is becoming as Clinton did to us for his whole 8 years in office, only difference is, Bush doesn't even see it happening to himself. The Democrats are no help, all they want is power back and they will try and get it back even if it costs the country to do so. We have no real leaders in the country anymore, it is all ran by corrupt politicians in a whole and we are as what Rome was in its ending years.

I voted for Bush and I've supported him damn near to the point of bleeding as I STILL do, but I WILL say that I'm becoming WEARY,.... but NOT AT ALL "Embarrassed". My disappointment is due to Bush's lack of will when it comes to standing up to his detractors. I can only hope that it's all because there's some "Catch-22" situation among the powers-that-be causing him to belly-up when he SHOULD be leading the charge.

As far as having "changed my mind",...

re: CHOICE OF PARTY,.. NO,.. I'll still vote REPUBLICAN. I wouldn't simply "switch parties" because of the errors of this Administration. The fundamental values of the Republican party I STILL staunchly support. It is during times like this that my vote, efforts and support mean more than ever.

re: MY 2004 CHOICE,.. NO,.. I, myself find it incredible, but EVEN knowing all that I know today,.. I would STILL vote for Bush OVER Kerry. I won't go into detail since it strays from your question.

re: MY 2000 CHOICE,.. I actually voted for GORE. I AM embarrassed to say that, back then, I wasn't following the issues and based my vote for Gore solely upon Bush's less than eloquent speaking ability,.. (even though Moses actually had a similar problem, Exodus 6:12,.. NO I'm not equating Bush to Moses!!).

Good question,..
Thanks for the opportunity for me to vent and "reflect".

I voted for Bush more to vote against Gore. Didn't like either one, but Bush was the lesser of the two evils in my mind. Do I agree with Bush on everything? No. . . Most things? No. But if I had it do over, knowing what I know now, would I vote for Gore? No. I wouldn't vote at all. This country needs more choices than "chocolate" or "vanilla", so to speak. Why do we have to chose between Greedy Politician A and Greedy Politician B???

Everyone is entitled to their own decisions, I believe this.. But I still would've voted for Gore, had I been of age.. I still see vehicles that had Bush stickers on them, and most have been scratched off, or attempted to have been scratched off..

I'm glad someone else will be in there soon, just hope they have a lot more intelligence than that jackass does..

I am not a Bush supporter but I believe that the ones I know are so biased and partison that they will continue to rationalize his decisions. It is hard for them to be honest.

Do you REALLY think people are going to ADMIT they made a mistake by voting for Bush (TWICE- let alone once)??? The only thing that draws (SOME) people out of their humiliation- is money. Just being "curious"- is NOT going to cut it. :)
