how to delete podcast?

how do i delete podcast from my ipod? i dont have music in my library so whenever i click on the itunes without my ipod connect i dont have any music in the library. but when i connect my ipod all the music shows up but not the podcasts. the podcast is still on my ipod though. how do i delete this?

gointo itunes click on ipod and if music shows click on it then search for the podcast u were looking for and right click on it and dilete it or many.
thats it..
