The D'S Lite comes Prue-charged with a little bit of battery life in it. This is for if customers want to test out the console when buying. This Prue-charged battery life lasts around 1 to 2 hours. You may opt to go ahead and charge your console before or after the Prue-charged battery life runs out. Either way, charging time is just 3 hours. When charging is done the light indicator will go off indicating that your unit is now fully charged. Unlike other electronic devices that I've come across, such as cellphones, there is no initial charging of 10 hours or whatever hours needed. Just the recommended 3 hours standard charging time.
