big fan of Belle there... but what about Ciela (C-ella). or December's Best (or any other month for that matter) or something like "Indulge" (or Indulgence)

First off what items are you offering? Belle is too common a name and it may get mixed up with a lot of other companies. Taste will be good if you are opening a small eatery, Bleu may be good if its a european boutique.. If its a girly place think of things girls love like butterflies, lillies etc and think of characteristics of each item like flutter or something like that. anyway good luck!!

Use nouns... adjectives are simply forgettable.
Sweet this...?
Elegant that... ?
Generic.
Same thing with your choices like Taste and Euphoria....
Belle is okay. Blue should be spelled in english otherwise it will be harder to remember. But yeah, you need a noun.
I like the idea of picking a flower... I kind of like...
Blue Sakura (which is cherry blossom in Japanese) it is obscure.. but it sounds like a brand name to me.
