If we are talking about "absolute power" then I would say the Queen of England... They are a first world country with a high socio-economic standing. She would be the highest ranking (powerful) person... Yes Oprah is rich... but I do not equate that with absolute power.

There are no powerful women some might be richer, some might be smarter and so on. I guess we women all have something that makes us power full or special!!!!!!!
