What are some tips for Service Agent Job interview at Marriot?

I have a job interview at Marriot what are some tips you can give me to say or not to say at this interview? And what do you think what are they looking for?

I dont know exactly what they will ask but you can use my advice just in general

just sound confident with whatever you say, act natural, polite and be yourself

don't give them any doubt that you are the best candidate for the position

try to make up scenarios that you went out of your way to provide great customer service at your last job, they may ask you to name a specific time you provided good customer service

before the interview take some deep breaths
that will calm you down
remember they are not going to beat you or anything
worst case scenario is they don't hire you
