Always... would something really be pleasurable if pain did not exist? no everything would be the same... pain makes us appreciate the pleasure all the more. Pleasure would not exist without pain and vice versa.
PS I am not talkng about sex by the way, but if I was I would say yes too, but nothing crazy.... just a little roughness now and then does add considerably to the pleasure...lol

well sure , when you do sumthin like skateboarding you fall quit sometime, but after a lot of practice you'll get a gain out of it and a pride and pleasure

2 issues: a million. use dissimilar lubricants e.g.: Durex Play, Astro flow etc... 2. start up it as sluggish as available, provide up if it hurts addendum: use condoms for cleanliness and protection against illnesses.
