Windows XP, Vista, 95 on PSP?

I recently went to www.YouTube.com and saw videos that aren't fake but, real and they show you Windows operating system on the Playstation Portable (PSP) it even says "Windows Xp Playstation Portable" Please tell me that this is a possible thing and if anyone has any information what so ever please write down what you know about it. Thank you it'll really help me!
