Can he sue her for slander?
Or can anyone else sue her for defamation of character based on the outrageous things she's said?
I think this is a person seeking attention, even if it's negative.

No, she didn't exactly make false claims. It was just name calling. Even with N word law suit won't be easy because of free speech protection.

She didn't slander John Edwards, nor did she defame his character. So, NO, Edwards can't sue her.

There was some really indirect wordplay here that, in my opinion was unnecessary and downright harmful to the Right. She was jumping around and got ahead of herself as she bolted ahead to make an intended point of wit re: the Actor who went to rehab/counseling after referring to a fellow cast member as a "******". Which IS REALLY ridiculous, but probably better discussed later & somewhere else. It's almost as if she "jumped ahead" a few pages in her speech. Keep in mind that Ann Coulter is a COLUMNIST and NOT a Politician. She has made a career of skillfully, accurately and wittingly (for the most part), taking shots at the Left.

It's interesting that, when Left wing columnists come out w/ even more extreme and DIRECT statements about the Right it's rarely mentioned in the media AND that the Right USUALLY just lets it roll off their back and move on.

"Political Correctness",.. the way of the Left AND the eventual Death of Freedom as we know it.

you're saying, and that i quote, "It replaced into all rather glaring to us". are you able to define the be conscious "us" please ? Do you propose the Ann Coulter followers, the impressive-wing Republicans, the uneducated, the "i think something I hear" people ? on the grounds that whilst is Ann Coulter a source of valid suggestions ? the only element she says, that i admire, is "thank you and robust night". She is almost a famous-day Archie Bunker - and he or she is in all probability your idol. unhappy, very unhappy.

Sure, you can sue anyone for anything. Whether you win or not is another matter.

In theory, he could, but since he is a public figure, he could not possibly win.

Nope he can't. I dont really think it was defemation, more just immature name calling. Its not like anyone listens to that washed up old hag anymore anyways, shes just desperate for attention.
